Note:  Multiple staff from your agency can be registered at one time. You can elect to pay via credit card or invoice. Credit card payments will incur a fee for each person that registers.  If you will be mailing your payment click the check button, enter the email address that the invoice should be sent to, and select invoice.  Mail the invoice with your check payment to MACAA.
