In 1993, President/CEO Jordana Y. Shakoor founded JYS Consultants-PosiPower Concepts, Inc., a training and consulting company incorporated in 2008. Jordana earned a B.A. from Ohio State University, and a Master’s in Education, M.Ed. – Curriculum and Instruction from Otterbein University. She currently serves as an instructor at Ohio State University, John Glenn College of Public Affairs (MAPS).
